On a serious note...

Now that you know what I like to read (more to come later on Jana), I would like to give you an update! Our latest prayer letter is coming, so be patient!! This post is not going to replace that.

Let's get right to it... we are currently sitting at 40% (33% actually coming in). Now, this is good and somewhat not good. It is very good in that we are at 40% of our monthly support goal. Thank you to everyone that is supporting us!!! It is not so good in that we would like to be further along. Now, that is not a note of impatience, just a kick in the pants for us to keep working!!! A pep talk if you will, or a challange.

So, where are we going from here? Very good question! We are still calling individuals, however, our list of people is growing thin. Not to panic!! We are scheduled to talk at our current Sunday School, Crossroads, this Sunday (9/23/04 in case you are seeing this later) and we will be speaking at Doulos (our former Sunday School) in Frisco in several weeks. When we have a date, we will let you know. If you are in Doulos and have not been in a while, we would love to see you that weekend!

We are also contacting current supporters to ask for help to talk to more people. Many have been very gracious to introduce us to others and many of those are supporting us both financially and/or prayerfully!!!

We will also be talking with several churches about talking to their Sunday Schools, Bible Studies and small groups. Please be in prayer for their willingness to help us!

In a nut shell, we are doing what we can to find the doors the Lord is opening. He is a wonderful and faithful God and will provide for us in ways we can not even imagine right now!!!
