Welcome to Orlando

We arrived today at just before 3 PM. While there was still a lot of rain, this drive was very nice and enjoyable!

We departed Pensacola this morning at just before 7 AM CST, stopped for lunch and gas, then pointed toward Orlando, arriving at 2:45 EST at our support coach's house. After some much needed relaxation and good conversation with Steve and Polly Anthony, Jana and I just vegged for a bit. They treated us to a fantastic cobb salad dinner. We needed that after fast and/or heavy food for the last two days.

The weather in Orlando is beautiful, sunny and right now, at night, a touch of chill on the air. We have been told this is a great time to be in Orlando, as the weather is still a bit cool.

We are now sitting in our home that we will enjoy for 7 weeks. A staff family has been kind enough to allow us to stay with them. We will show you pictures eventually, but for now, I will just say that we love it. Our room is quite cozy and the hospitality has warmed our hearts.
