A Day's Ramble
Another day, another week...
Well, today starts a new week, and on days like this we often wonder how God will work in our lives over the next several days. As we wait on His timing for moving us to Germany, we continue to do what we can to prepare for the big move. Nothing too exciting at this stage though! We ran our errands this morning (as morning tends to be the best time for these things), and then returned home to take care of ministry business. Before logging this entry, I tackled writing a few thank you notes, while Thad made a few phone calls and worked his way down a long list of emails to send. If the sun comes out more this afternoon, I may work on a painting that some dear friends are anxious to have hanging on their wall.
Thank you for praying for us over the weekend. Our time with our friend's Sunday School class was a delight. We even ran into a few old friends while there!
Please pray for us tonight (and as you think about us, every night!), as we contact more people about partnering with our ministry. We have relished in this time because the Lord continues to bring amazing people into our lives. What a blessing to have a job that compels us to meet new people (for us introverts, we would not likely undertake that on our own!!).
Well, enough of my rambling...I think I may update our "Quote of the Moment" to something new, add some new photos, and then go enjoy a nice cup of tea!
