In the quiet town of Kandern
Thad is safe and sound in Kandern for the night. Apparently, there was a fall festival this evening that he was able to attend where he sampled some delicious German fare. He was also able to walk through our future apartment and was very pleased. I'm sure he will try to post an update tomorrow before he makes his way to Hungary.
How fun! Was he able to take pictures and draw you a detailed floor plan so you can start planning the layout? ;-)
Unfortunately, no...but I did debate whether or not to pack a tape measure and some graph paper in his luggage!! Would I have gone too far if I sent a T-square along too?? ;-)
Too far? Never! It might have saved Thad the game of 150 Questions that he'll have to answer between now and when you arrive in your new home.
