Trainer's Training - Day 2

After a great introduction to the philosophy and method yesterday, we were thrown into the fire today! I was first to go at 9:15 AM sharp. One hour, me, powerpoint and about 3 "trainees" and 6 Tech Leaders (gurus). That is not exactly the crowd you would normally want, especially if you are brand new to it! However, everything went very well!!!

I will give the the credit to the guys that put together the method and the powerpoint to go along with it. Everything I needed was there and all went smoothly. The 3 trainees were very attentive and somehow I was able to answer all the questions asked, with some help from my colleagues for a few. If I did not post it yesterday, my topic was "Making Word Documents Look Great." I hit the hour right on and I hope everyone learned something or increased their skill level. I will let you know when the evaluations are compiled.

After that, 3 more people lead trainings: Keeping Computers Safe, Updating and Patching Windows, and Outlook Tips. All very good stuff and well presented!

I am about to head back to the hotel to enjoy a wonderful dinner with the whole GTL gang. I think that is it for me!! I sent Jana some pictures, so I think she is going to try to post them to the gallery. Some are already up. Check out the gallery for those and more coming soon!
