Home again, at last!

After being gone for since the end of January, we are both finally home for a while! Budapest was amazing, as was London, but I am very happy to not be travelling anymore for a while. Right now, I need a bit of rest and then we will hit the phones and try to finish so that we can head to Germany!

Leaving Budapest, Heading to London

Today at 10:10 AM, I will take a shuttle to the airport and at 12:25 PM, I will be on my way to London. This morning I had a wonderful breakfast with Helen and Ellis Vaughan, with whom we attended New Staff training. It was such a good time of encouragement to be able to talk with them! We were able to share some "war stories" and advice (from them to me, mainly!). Well, next stop London!

The End of MinistryNet: Budapest 2005

That time has finally arrived. This part of the conference is over. We talked this evening about what the conference particularly said to us and many important points were shared!

Packed Final Morning

The primary topic this morning was getting people to come to your site. We have talked about identifying your audience, creating content, designing the site and ways to respond, but today was connecting the audience to the wonderful site created.

Tour of Budapest

We just arrived after a wonderful, though very fast tour of Budapest, followed be dinner at Sir Lancelot's. Budapest is very beautiful adnd full of character and history.

MinistryNet: Delivery

Day 2 (or 3 if you count the introduction on Sunday) is well under way. Today, we are mainly talking about the way to deliver our message. Our first topic was branding. Later today, we will be taking a bus tour of Budapest! But first, our morning session...

At last, in Budapest

After a lot of traveling, some waiting in Gatwick airport, an interesting shuttle ride and a little walking, I am in Budapest! My first day included church, a Hungarian lunch, some site seeing and the introduction to the conference.
