Painting for Dinner Theatre
During the month of February, I was delighted to help with creating paintings for an annual Dinner Theater in town. For each painting, I was given the theme and photo to go by. During the dinner, the paintings were displayed as decorations in the foyer and as well as backdrops on a screen behind each performance. It was a fun night filled with travel to many lands!
The Dinner was an amazing event in more ways than decor, food, songs, and paintings. Many were able to hear a touching story from the German moderator about his grandmother, who recently passed away. Throughout her life of uncertainty and sometimes upheaval, she had faith in the one true God, her constancy was placed in the Lord. It was a heartwarming time for both the moderator and the audience. Please pray for those who heard the message to come to know that same faith and constancy.

Travels to South Africa (Part 3)
After an 11 flight to Cape Town, we arrived late. A long line at passport control began to assure me that I would miss my next flight. When I finished with passport control, I had about 25 minutes to get my ticket from the ticket counter and make it to the gate.
