What is Thad reading?
Normally, I try to stick to my reading list, which I normally update online. I have neglected that recently... not the reading. Just the updating information about it. I fixed that yesterday!
If you look at my section of the site, you will see that I have updated my profile to include my current reading list. Yes, it is different than what was there! There were a few books that I did not complete, while this list is nearly, completely new.
At this moment, I am reading "Foundation and Empire" by Isaac Asimov. This is the second book in the "Foundation" series. If you enjoy Sci-Fi, this series is a must read, since much of modern Sci-Fi comes directly form these early works. There is a lot of social commentary and observation of the human condition that is fascinating to me.
My next book is one that Jana bought while in New York for a Creativity conference. It is "A Wizard of Earthsea" written by Ursula K. Le Guin. You can find information here... A Wizard of Earthsea (The Earthsea Cycle, Book 1)
And finally, after that is Book 6 of the "Wheel of Time" series, the Lord of Chaos. This series is very much like Lord of the Rings, but more detailed and larger scale.
After that, I have no idea. It may be one of the books on my
list or something new may come along.
That's it! Enjoy your reading!

Gopnik - Travelers
"There are two kinds of travelers. There is the kind who goes to see what there is to see and sees it, and the kind who has an image in his head and goes out to accomplish it. The first visitor has an easier time, but I think the second visitor sees more."
~ Paris to the Moon, Adam Gopnik
